The electronic weighbridge is a medium-sized weighing scale, with a weighing capacity of 1-5 tons and a table size of 1-5 meters. The electronic weighbridge is mainly used in production workshops, warehouses, commercial logistics and other occasions. 1. Display drift of electronic weighbridge

Phenomenon: the instrument display is not stable, less is dozens of kg, more is hundreds of kg constantly changing.

Causes: the analog part of the instrument is damaged, the power supply fails, the signal changes caused by the sensor, junction box, cable and other failures, the scale platform and the foundation are blocked by sundries, the limit bolt and the foundation have no gap, etc.

2. Inaccurate weighing of electronic weighbridge

Phenomenon: large weighing error.

Causes: there are problems with scale platform and foundation, inaccurate instrument adjustment, bad instrument simulation part, problems with sensor and junction box, errors at four corners, etc.

3. Electronic weighbridge does not have self check after power on

Phenomenon: after the instrument is connected to the power supply, there is no display or display of some stroke segments, and some are accompanied by buzzer.

Cause: the external 220V power supply and power supply circuit (line, fuse, internal transformer, three terminal regulated power supply) are in fault, the instrument PCB board is damaged or the LED display tube is damaged or the wiring is off.

4. Electronic weighbridge does not return to zero after starting or unloading

Phenomenon: turn on the power supply, the instrument will not display zero after self inspection, there is an error prompt or display a relatively stable value, or display a positive or negative value after the vehicle is weighed, and no zero position will be displayed.

Cause: the instrument amplification part has fault, the sensor performance changes (lag, drift, etc.), and there are sundries between the scale body and the foundation.
